At Annie Thompson Studio, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our garments and accessories. Our attention to detail in design, materials and construction is unyielding as is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are initiated immediately upon order placement and are built to your agreed-upon specifications by our select team of qualified makers and constructors. Such orders cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.  An additional cost will be applied to any changes in materials & notions thereafter.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For online orders, you can return merchandise within 14 days from the date of receival exchange or store credit only. 

Return items must be in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. 

Returns can be made at our Studio located in Toronto, ON during open studio hours, or by mail. 

 

RETURNING BY MAIL

If you are unable to get to our Studio, just mail your return to us. Returns must follow guidelines in our return policy, above. 

If possible, please use the original shipping box and packing materials.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your request. We will send you an email notification after we have processed your return.

We suggest using a tracking number. Only merchandise received by our studio can be credited.

 

The package should be taken to your postal carrier and mailed to the following address:
